Cancellation and Refund

At MKB FOODS, we value your trust and strive to ensure that your shopping experience with us is smooth and hassle-free.

Order Cancellation:

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:

- Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with       supporting images.

- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be processed only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

- Non-Refundable Items: Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, opened or partially consumed packages are not eligible for refund.

- Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

- Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivery.
